Player Artefacts Information

In this study, player artefacts refer to participant-generated screenshots captured during gameplay and subsequently used as prompts within semi-structured interviews. Each participant was invited to submit up to ten screenshots that they considered meaningful, memorable, or illustrative of their in-game experiences. These artefacts functioned as visual elicitation tools, enabling participants to anchor their reflections in specific moments of play and to articulate experiences that may otherwise have been difficult to recall or verbalise.
